Working with limited space and tying into existing utilities. We created an open floor plan with natural light, durable finishes, and a clean, minimalist style—perfect for extended family or rental income.

Project 2: Playa Vista Kitchen & Living Space Refresh The client wanted a brighter, more open feel for their early 2000s home. We removed a load-bearing wall to expand the kitchen, added a 10-foot island, new cabinetry, and recessed lighting throughout. The result: a modern, airy space where the family now hosts weekly dinners.
